The unavoidable events - Les incontournables ! How to have fun in Lille
October : “l’intégration médecine” (the freshmen party)
More than 300 students just entering 2nd year are welcomed by the seniors (3rd year above all) during 10 days, in a wonderful atmosphere – with crazy challenges in the city, teambuildings, parties, to finish during a big week-end !!
March : “la revue médecine”
For 6 months, dozens of medical students have prepared an enormous show with concerts, dance ; followed by a big DJ’s’s party. Everything is performed in the “zénith” of lille (more than 2 000 people can enter it) You cannot miss it ! It is one of the last event of the kind organized in France !!!
1st week-end of september : “la grande braderie de Lille”
(so it concerns incomings that would like to come in august)
The biggest clearance sale in France !! From saturday morning until sunday midnight, the streets of the city are full of thousands of anonymous people who came to sell for cheaper than cheap – you can find whatever you want ! If you add the concerts performed throught the city and the traditionnal dinner “mussels + french fries”, you can easily understand why it’s one of the most popular events in France.
